Shipping policy

Gift Vouchers will be sent by email within 24 hours of purchase.

For all personalised products, our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Order confirmations will contain the following information:

• Confirmation of what product you have ordered. 
• Itemised pricing for your product ordered including, delivery and other additional charges;
• Estimated dispatch times
